Tristate Transportation Systems, Inc. began as a one-man operation in 1985, when the company consisted of a single owner/operator and one tractor. JR Gulotta immediately noticed the lack of personal relationships and quality customer service provided to everyday customers. With that, he found his niche and began to work more personally with his customers, as well as a "no missed loads" policy: offering to deliver loads himself if needed- a service he still provides today.

Over the last 35+ years, with the ambition, hard work and true dedication of a 1st generation American citizen, this small and intimate, owner-operated company has grown into a well established, successful business, with a fleet of over 25 tractors and trailers.

 

Joining him over 10 years ago, is his son Anthony, carrying on the same vision and passion for trucking and logistics his father holds. Anthony has worked to continue the well-spoken reputation of Tristate's valuable customer service and employee appreciation. Together, they continue to establish well rounded, working relationships with all customers and clientele, both new and old,  using their expertise and passion for the industry to provide quality service to all clients.
